Returns

Customers may request a return within 30 days after receiving the order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Please do not return any products without contacting us first.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible at xiixshdheu@outlook.com. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or has already been shipped.
